Simply click on the size you want, then save the image to your computer by right-clicking and selecting the "Save Picture" option. If you don't know your screen size, clicking on the thumbnail will attempt to choose the wallpaper closest to your screen size.

As a rule, you're best off downloading the largest size your comp can display. The larger the picture, the richer in detail it will be. Compare the details on the palm in "The Juggler" between the 1600x1200 and the 800x600 sizes. It's quite striking.

Webshots is a great program which can cycle through multiple wallpapers.
