Yes, there are really 99 balloons--thank you, Bryce 6 for the Multi-Replicate feature. It's far too obvious that the balloons are really just elongated spheres. The fighters are supposed to be F-18's, but I didn't make the model. It's been floating around the Internet for a decade, and unfortunately, I have no idea who made it. It's well done, though.
